Overview
I would shadow work completed by my supervisor, complete tasks they set me and attend both talks and socials hosted by the firm.
Skills
I have developed analytical, social (networking) and research skills on this scheme.
Business Insight
It was interesting to witness a full service law firm functioning in person, learning about the potential roles and roles of each department was eye opening.
Culture
In my first department, the culture was friendly, open and very teamwork orientated. In my second department the culture was busy, quite stressful (as a big deal was signing), but teamwork orientated despite this.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my four weeks at the firm and am sad to leave.
