Overview
Designing ventilation systems for large buildings. It involves calculating how much fresh air is required as well as heating and cooling requirements. From this the amount of machinery required can be calculated and then this needs to be fit into a floor layout of the building.
Skills
Have learnt new skills in ventilation calculations. Have also learnt how to use software used to calculate internal and external gains in buildings and new CAD software.
