Overview
My role involved montioring the service and in case of any usual trends, I had to flag it up to the righ team. It also invovled data manipulation and analysis, spotting trends and also liaising with other stakeholders to find out the root cause for any given outage.
Skills
I have gained business communication skills (written and verbal), presenting skills and excel skills.
Responsibilities
I was given a great deal of responsibility which made me feel a part of the team and also that I was able to add value.
Support & Guidance
I received support through my internship and was also provided weekly knowledge sessions
Culture
The culture of the wider IBM was extremely friendly, diverse and inclusive. It allowed me to be myself full self throughout.
Your Impressions
I have enjoyed my placement to the extent where it enabled me to meet new people, learn about different backgrounds and also got a chance to get involved in various giveback opportunities.

To get invovled in various giveback opportunities and social events as much as possible! It is all worth it.
