Overview
Able to making business decisions on daily basis. Involved in senior management meetings. Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers and also build and maintain business relationships. Able to learn new skills like sales practices. Understanding cost control and reading branch’s P&L statements and learn to make decision which will be profitable for the business.

Responsibilities
Yes I had a lot of responsibility during my placement. I was given different roles during my placement which helped me understand particular area of the business before I could move to another.
Support & Guidance
I had a lot of support and guidance from my branch manager but also senior management.
Culture
The company culture is that the workplace should be a funny place where we are focus on teamwork and customer service. Everyone in my branch was friendly and made me feel very welcomed especially when I changed branch during my placement to gain more experience.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my placement. Mainly because I was able to develop my skills and learn a lot of new ones. I’m happy I chose this placement because I was able to learn a lot of business areas not only one.
