Overview
My day-to-day role involves analyzing reports, pulse surveys, and data to understand employee satisfaction in the company, creating Onboarding decks for high-level directors and senior people and measuring metrics.
Skills
I have learned and developed Excel skills in depth and how to practically use the formulas in business. Moreover, I have developed my communication skills as I presented to mid-senior levels on various occasions and got great feedback!
Responsibilities
Yes, I have led certain sessions on my own and that built my confidence :)
Support & Guidance
I have received support at every step of my project and guidance throughout. If I was stuck somewhere, my manager would always provide the best resources to grow and develop.
Culture
The company's culture is really welcoming and helpful. Everyone is always ready to extend help wherever I face an issue and is quite inclusive. They always respect other person's opinions and believe in diversity
