Overview
Each day is different, depending on the team I was with it could involve compiling Options Schedules for occupiers looking to lease new space or attending and hosting viewings for occupiers or on behalf of landlords to other office or retail agents. I also conducted a lot of data-handling for master supply schedules and take-up statistics for investment transactions as well as comparable-evidence searches for the valuations teams.
Skills
Excel skills have been greatly built-upon as well as increasing my confidence in conversing with occupiers and landlords who at first seem to be much more knowledgeable about the market than myself.
Responsibilities
I was responsible for helping compiling management reports/options schedules for clients with oversight only as far as checking my work product.
Support & Guidance
Couldn't have asked for any more support or guidance, everyone was keen for me to learn as much as possible about their areas within the business as well as how I could help them with their tasks and workloads which hopefully will become tasks I will be responsible for myself in the future.
Culture
So welcoming, everyone was very open and honest and keen to help make you feel a part of the team and office.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it immensely
Yes
