Overview
I assisted the Global Residential Development Consultancy team find comparable properties for luxury branded residencies. I compiled data on excel spreadsheets and identified market trends.
Skills
I have developed my networking and research skills. I have learnt how to use excel and to study and pick out market trends.
Responsibilities
I was given responsibility over compiling evidence and data that would go towards the actual final reports.
Support & Guidance
I was given two mentors who were extremely attentive and helpful. The other members of the team were also very inclusive and helpful.
Culture
Great company culture. Everyone was very approachable, attentive and inclusive.
