Overview
Managing contractural agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, novations, and cloud order forms. I also had the opportunity to work with deal lawyers, assisting them on high profile deals and contractural negotiations.
Skills
Hard skills such as contractural negotiations, amendment and redline of agreements, legal billing strategy, and clause negotiations. I also learnt soft skills such as communication, empathy, organisation and prioritisation.

Culture
The legal culture was very friendly and helpful. There is a strong team culture in the legal team, however I cannot really comment on the culture for the rest of the company as the legal department are very much isolated from them as they are a support team who only really deal with sales.
