Overview
Daily tasks included running reports, analysing data and supporting my team and the wider team. Going various partner calls and business planning & forecast calls
Skills
Excel skills, writing skills whether it be email, event promotion, event invites and agendas. Reviews and feedback to enablement sessions. My confidence in speaking to people in a business setting has vastly improved and I’ve built confidence using online meetings.
Responsibilities
Interns are treated as other employees and there is a great trust between manager and intern to compete tasks and hand over certain responsibilities. I felt I had a good amount of responsibility to take leadership on some projects
Support & Guidance
Naturally some members of the team took on a mentor role which really made my experience better and allowed me to get involved in projects that aren’t necessarily in my job role
Culture
The company has a sense of family and care about your experience as an intern.
Your Impressions
