Overview
The role involved negotiating NDA agreements, novation, participating on customer facing deals and various admin/ legal research tasks.
Skills
Yes, I have gained many corporate skills, improved communication and negotiation skills alongside improved attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Yes, I had significant independent responsibilities - deals of smaller value were managed by interns alongside the negotiation of NDA agreements. Interns also helped with larger deals and took a leading role in daily tasks.
Support & Guidance
I received significant support from the wider team and my manager - one to one meetings occurred weekly and I also had a buddy.
Culture
Positive, there were lots of opportunities to socialise and join groups/ clubs for personal interests. Team events were also regular and allowed the team to become closer.
Your Impressions
I Enjoyed my internship, it allowed me to gain personal development and gain some industry experience. I believe I have gained valuable skills that can transferred to my future careers.
