Responsibilities
During my placement I was given lots of responsibility from account executives with managing and setting up customer meetings. I was also lucky to host a customer off site and own multiple customer related projects.
Support & Guidance
I received lots of support and guidance throughout my placement from a sales specific mentor who helped us throughout the year. I also received lots of support and guidance from my team on a regular basis with bi weekly calls with my managers.
Culture
The culture is very accepting and works extremely hard to ensure everyone feels comfortable at work. However the culture within the company really depends on what team you are in. For example some teams are very relaxed and welcoming when other teams are much more serious.
Your Impressions
I throughly enjoyed my placement, it was an amazing opportunity and I have learnt a lot throughout the year. This placement really gives you the opportunity to make the most of the year and get involved in some really exciting projects.
