Overview
I would support Account executives. This would involve pulling reports and finding data for their accounts such as revenue, key stakeholders that they are looking to target. Looking to add value where I can by doing adhoc tasks that saves them time so they can focus on revenue generating activity.
Skills
I had the opportunity to present to a customer. Went to multiple customer meetings interacting with customers building my communication skills and confidence. In addition to my core role I also became a short term Sales Development Representative which included lead prospecting writing researched emails to prospects and qualifying accounts.
Responsibilities
Yes, I presented RISE to a key customer for SAP, I also became a short term SDR contacting real customers after being trained how to do so. I was trusted at end of Quarter to help teams close deals whether that was chasing approvals or helping create quotes that had been changes last min in negotiations.
Support & Guidance
As much as was necessary. I would have to reach out but people were happy to help when I did.
Culture
Very welcoming, fast paced and exciting.
