Overview
Working and supporting the managers and wider Mm team across Ireland and UK.
Skills
Developed presentation skills, communication, excel, time management, negotiation, organisation
Responsibilities
Yes- I was responsible for running the forecast calls when my manager and operations was off I owned a project- presented a sales pitch of an SAP solution to my managers who were role playing as a customer
Support & Guidance
I have several 1:1s with many different people. I felt supported from the start and appreciate how much time all of the managers have invested in my personal development
Culture
Good- was great to work for a company that has so many CSR initiatives that we would get involved in. It was also nice to be treated like a valued member of the team where my opinion mattered. I was not treated like an intern.
Your Impressions
I have really enjoyed my placement year at SAP. The support from my manager and the wider team has been exceptional. I have learnt and developed a lot of valuable skills which I will take with me in my future career.
