  • End to end recruitment for early talent programmes in the UK including the placement programme. Ad hoc recruitment for professional roles. Involvement in early talent initiatives for SAP.

  • Yes, I have learnt interview skills and communication skills with both internal and external candidates and colleagues. I have also developed time management and organisation skills through working on various projects throughout the year.

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • Yes, so much more then I expected. I was able to have a big input into different recruitment projects and towards the end of the year got to take responsibility for UK recruitment for one of SAPs early talent academy programmes.

  • I received a lot of support and guidance during my placement. I received support from not only my team I was based in but other TA teams in the UK. I always felt like I could ask questions no matter how small.

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • The company culture was inclusive with lots of opportunity to be involved in different employee networks. I was part of the business Womens network and also attended SAP pride events where I learnt so much about different topics.

  • I really enjoyed my placement. I feel I was given so much responsibility and the chance to work on different projects of my choice. I have enjoyed exploring talent attraction and the whole recruitment process.

  • I would recommend anyone to apply and to give everything a go. I would also advise to be yourself throughout the process and you get out what you put in.
