Responsibilities
Yes, I was out of my comfort zone a lot and worked with mangers frequently on highly important initiatives. I often had little support and work on projects mostly on my own as I didn’t have a team for 6 months.
Support & Guidance
Not a huge amount. I received good support from a select few colleagues. There were optional trainings available.
Culture
Company culture in general was good and many people are happy to work here. Often there are teams where this is not the case.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it a lot as there was a large group of us on the program, we all supported each other and worked together. I didn’t have a lot of support in my role but it forced me out of my comfort zone and helped me to learn.
