Overview
Working within both teams alongside the senior professionals to deliver a variety of rural/agribusiness advice and management services for clients
Skills
Developed existing skills in terms of grant work. Learnt new skills mainly within management and management of the properties in the rural department
Responsibilities
Yes. Been offered a lot of support though with the responsibility and haven't felt out of my depth
Support & Guidance
Line manager and other graduates have been great help. The wider tam is very useful in terms of day to day queries as well
Culture
Really good graduate social group, organised events from the first day and really positive culture throughout the departments

Really enjoyed so far, I think I will the rest as well
