Overview
Assist in preparation for planning application for residential, mixed-use, warehouse etc. developments. Drafting of planning documents, such as the cover letter, planning statement and EIA for planning application. Researching in relevant planning application history.
Skills
Consolidated my knowledge in the preparation of a planning application, the procedures and the documents that needs to be prepared. Get me ready for my future career in planning.
Responsibilities
An appropriate amoung of responsibility. My work will be viewed by a senior member before sending it out.
Support & Guidance
I am assigned with a mentor for the month and overall team members are very friendly in answering my questions and they give enough amount of trust on my work.
