In terms of training there was solid support network, however alot of the challenges are left for you to deal with and can be overwhelming at some points such as working too many hours or stressful situations
Culture
Very competitive sales environment but everyone wants you to succeed there is a lot of opportunity to grow and helps you perform better overall.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed my placement overall, there were definitely some challenging points where I struggled and became demotivated for small periods, but overall my personal and professional growth was far better than I could have ever expected. I would recommend this placement if you are willing to work hard and can sacrifice work later into the evenings. Whatever you put into this role, you will definitely get back out.
