Overview
It is a sales and customer service role, you do need to do some driving of vehicles like on a customer pick-up, or a delivery. Alongside this, there is a lot of office admin work needed in order to keep the business running on a day-to-day basis. All of this is needed, as well as learning and managing how a business is run from the group up.
Skills
The main skills you develop within the company are your team-working skills, time management skills and your sales and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Responsibility is given to you from your first week. You are also provided with constant feedback from your managers and other staff in the office, which helps you develop faster.
Support & Guidance
Support, guidance and employee development is one of the main things that Enterprise prides itself on. Whenever you need support and guidance, it is only an email or phone call away at all times.
Culture
Great atmosphere, and culture has been stuck to from day one, and the way of life in the company is communicated from your first training session.
