Overview
Every morning starts with a morning meeting where we talk strategy for the day! This gets everyone ready and raring to go, making for a successful start to the day. From here on in a typical day consists of helping customers, dropping cars out for deliveries and focusing on project management tasks. No two days are the same which makes the role exciting and makes it easy to learn!
Skills
I’ve learned how to plan my day effectively in order to complete a series of daily tasks. I have greatly improved on my communication skills, whether with customers or with senior members of staff at various networking events.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given project management for particular areas of the business, which meant if there were any issues I was the one who was able to fix them with a high level of efficiency.
Support & Guidance
I received lots of support through the mentor program where I had meetings once a month to check how I was finishing both the role and the environment.
Culture
Vibrant and friendly. Everyone has been through the same or similar schemes so they were all happy to help as they were in the same position as me when they first started.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it immensely and wouldn’t change it for the world. Both the people and the role were fantastic and everyone I worked with is a credit to the company.

Just do it! If you’re lucky enough to find yourself in this intern scheme jump in head first and get stuck in!
