Overview
Within this role, I managed inbound and outbound sales pipelines as well as being a main point of contact for UK customers and international customers. You’ll be part of a high energy, dynamic and high performing Sales team. Led by senior Business-to-Business Sales experts with years of experience, you’ll gain invaluable skills and knowledge during this placement to set you on a path of a super high earning software sales career.
Skills
Yes, I have developed an ample amount of skills throughout my 13 month placement. I have also developed on the skills that I already had which has allowed me to grow as a person. Prospectsoft has helped nurture my business mind and taught me how to meet clients’ expectations – both technical requirements and soft skills!
Responsibilities
Yes, throughout my placement year I was given loads of responsibility but also guidance at the same time. The whole team were helpful and supportive and answered any questions when needed. Due to the responsibility I was given, it made the placement year a lot more interesting and caused me to develop skills at a quicker rate.
Support & Guidance
The support and guidance that I received was brilliant throughout! I was able to ask questions at any point and never felt as if my question was a stupid one. It was also nice to have past placements to speak to as they had been through the exact same year as us. Everyone was so welcoming, which allowed me to settle in quickly and hit the ground running.
Culture
The company culture is fantastic at Prospectsoft- it feels like your part of a family from the get go! Everybody at the company is so welcoming and are happy to help in any way that they can. There were loads of social opportunities throughout the 13 month placement which allowed you to get to know everyone on a much deeper level.
Your Impressions
I have loved every second of my placement year and I am gutted that its now over. The experience I've gained over the 13 months is invaluable and I know it is going to set me up for the rest of my career, wherever that may be. I strongly recommend anyone that is looking at doing a placement to apply for Prospectsoft, you wont regret it!
Yes
Enjoy the process and be yourself. The interviews and assessment centre is a time to show what you are capable of, there is no need to be nervous everybody is in the same boat!
