Overview
We completed a variety of workshops, projects and networking opportunities with current employees at Unilever, from graduates to managers. We were shown around the office and made to feel welcome by everyone.
Skills
Specifically, I have learnt about the process of developing a new product, as well as a workshop on how to do well in an interview and how to adapt your working style to best fit your personality type. I have also developed my networking and confidence from meeting a variety of people.
Business Insight
Very interesting, we networked with employees currently on the Future Leaders program, who were able to answer any questions we had and talk about their career path so far.
Culture
Quite quiet as a lot of people were working from home, but apart from that very friendly and fun feeling.
