Skills
Yes
Responsibilities
Decent amount, not too much not too little, depends on your manager and team though.
Support & Guidance
A lot of support, forunately my manager was very helpful.
Culture
Very 'kind' compared to what banks are perceived as, particularly investment banks. People are willing to help and support you where required as well as answer your questions and spend time talking with you. People are patient and the company is very focused on their image in terms of a 'bank for the people'.
Your Impressions
It was my first summer internship so I don't have anything to compare it with, however, my manager and team did make it very insightful and enjoyable for me.
No
Be yourself, most importantly, Natwest is very 'firm' on their purpose and culture, it is something very important to the business, so make sure you have examples/ experiences of demonstrating similar things.
