Overview
Amending procedures and getting approval. Meetings with product, legal, complaints, UKCS. Meetings with third parties.
Skills
Yes - agile ways of working including tooling, time management, leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, given lots of responsibility to take full ownership on my tasks within the placement. Also had projects with other interns where we shared out responsibility to get project complete.
Support & Guidance
A very strong support network which consisted of line manager, on-placement manager and a grad coach. The support could not have been better.
Culture
A lovely, welcoming culture where you are made to feel valued and supported to do your best.

I thoroughly enjoyed my internship, I developed, learn new skills, built strong working relationships. The time flew by!
