Overview
I am required to create spreadsheets showing a breakdown of all outstanding damage claims for each corporate account i look after. I am also required to regularly communicate with each account to resolve any disputes/queries which may arise.

Yes, I have developed a lot of transferable skills such as communication, teamworking, resilience and computer skills
Responsibilities
A lot of responsibility was passed on. I was given my own accounts which I would be responsible for and had a lot of jurisdiction over what happened with these accounts and had the support of the management team when i required it
Support & Guidance
A lot of guidance and support. I had a weekly meeting with my manager and another with my mentor. We also had a team chat where we could ask any queries as well as a team dispute call to help resolve any disputes
Culture
Excellent. I really enjoyed my time as it felt like I had created a family there and had lots of support from everyone around me. It is such a friendly environment
