The Role
Good variety of jobs to do, at the beginning it can be a bit daunting learning everything, but once you're settled in its great.
Socialised outside of work, played sports and entered pub quizes
regular meetings helped with keeping on track
Good balance, some day I had not much to do, but asked for work to do.

The Culture
I was away from most of the students so was not in touch as much.
Cheap to live here.
Only one night club, a few pubs. No Cinema.
Lots of clubs and sports clubs available.
