Overview
Help organisations navigate disruption and transform their businesses whilst studying for a professional qualification. Day-to-day basis consists of attending meetings and completing deliverables.
Skills
Yes, interpersonal and collaborative skills were developed
Responsibilities
No, as engagements were pipeline dependent and I was not put on an engagement for the whole of my internship. Most of my work consisted of side-of-desk work which I had to inquire about through coffee chats.
Support & Guidance
A lot
Culture
Collegiate and flat. People were encouraged to engage with more senior members of the team.
Your Impressions
Enjoyed it and developed key skills. But would have liked greater autonomy in selecting sub-service line teams as I was randomly allocated into one.
