Overview
Attending meetings, taking notes and writing up the notes for record. Engaging with other interns in a group project. Conducting data analysis on the portfolio and reporting my findings back to my superiors

Responsibilities
Yes, this responsibility grew as the placement progressed and my knowledge of the industry grew. Also given responsibility to lead a team of interns in the intern project.
Support & Guidance
Always had a variety of people I could talk to an ask questions. Regular meeting with my line manager. Employees in other teams and divisions were also happy to arrange meeting to talk to me about their work and give career advice.
Culture
Very friendly and welcome. people took time out of their busy schedules to talk to me. Always presented with lots of opportunities to get involved and ask questions.

I have loved it, it has been really beneficial for my development and I have enjoyed the challenge of learning about an area that I knew relatively little about before starting.
