Overview
I was working in the Sustainability team. Across 1-2 weeks, we would be given 1 or 2 pre-existing projects to be working on which could involve researching, report writing, creating presentation etc. and also attending meetings.
Skills
I was able to apply pre-existing skills such as research and presentation skills, communication skills and team-building skills, but also developed new skills, for example computer software skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, I would be given a task as part of a project and left to complete this myself before bringing the work back to the team.
Support & Guidance
We were given a huge amount of support, and provided a career coach, buddy and other points of contact including some associates who completed the internship too.
Culture
The culture at this company is wonderful, people are supportive, there is a flexible working environment and everyone is always happy to talk and help.

I really enjoyed the internship, the work was very interesting, we were given a good level of responsibility and everyone was very kind and supportive.
