Overview
It was a good experience as it gave a me a better insight on certain departments within the financial industry. Members of the BDO company would talk about their experience o the specific departments.
Skills
I developed my time keeping skills as I had to ensure that I joined the team calls on time.
Business Insight
It was a great insight on a business that I had only recently heard of , so it was intriguing as I didn’t know what to expect but it exceeded my expectations. In addition, hearing about the roles was good.
Culture
It was comforting. To know that the key culture was to support each other was intriguing. Furthermore, the atmosphere was encouraging as they were constantly trying to make people more comfortable, so they would show themselves on the call.
