Overview
We were given an introduction to audit, business & outsourcing, tax and advisory services. Additionally, we attended talks on developing soft skills such as personal branding.
Skills
I have developed my confidence as everyone is encouraged to contribute with cameras on in meetings. I have also learned how to sell myself in the personal branding session as I had to reflect on my passions and best attributes. I also became more aware of my strengths and weaknesses during the Resilience talk.
Business Insight
It was really insightful and I feel like I am walking away from this insight week with a better understanding about the business and potential roles then I walked in with.
Culture
The company culture was very inclusive and welcoming. Everyone was really friendly and encouraging. It was a great atmosphere for someone new in the industry to get into their stride.

I enjoyed the insight week very much. There was a great work balance and I didn't feel too stressed or anxious with any of the tasks.
