Overview
investigating the effects of altering different settings on one of the pieces of equipment used in tablet production and measuring different qualities of the product to do this. Involves being in the lab fairly often as well as in the office and in meetings to further understand what is going on in the process.
Skills
further developed my lab skills and report/presentation writing skills. Learnt how to use various pieces of equipment as well as how to do modelling.
Responsibilities
Yes, given a lot of different responsibilities but also a lot of support to be able to keep up with this. Doing potentially important work was a very good experience.
Support & Guidance
Lots, always someone to help with whatever you're doing. But also having freedom to get on with stuff yourself.
Culture
Really great place to work, good work atmosphere and good people.
Your Impressions
Really enjoyed it, the work is really interesting and the people are great. Really great experience in industry and learnt some valuable skills for the future.
Yes
I'd definitely encourage people to apply, I think just do your best to show the skills you already have and the research you've done into the values of the company.
