Overview
Role involves a group business project with interns in the same business area, a charity project with other interns and then the rest depends on your manager.
Skills
Yes, it was a significant learning experience. Sensible proactivity is a very important skill that was learnt- not just reaching out to colleagues for the sake of it, but doing so to try to form durable and mutually beneficial working relationships.
Responsibilities
Realistically, it would be impossible to ask for ultimate responsibility given the nature of a large bank, so that's important to remember. The level of responsibility will be heavily dependent on you and your manager.
Support & Guidance
Support and guidance is always there if you need it.
Culture
Very positive good mix of longtime and new employees.
Your Impressions
