  • Role involves a group business project with interns in the same business area, a charity project with other interns and then the rest depends on your manager.

  • Yes, it was a significant learning experience. Sensible proactivity is a very important skill that was learnt- not just reaching out to colleagues for the sake of it, but doing so to try to form durable and mutually beneficial working relationships.
