Overview
on Mondays and Fridays I had skills workshops to learn more about the purpose of the bank and topics like climate change. On Tuesdays- Thursdays I had placement with a manager.
Skills
Through workshops I have learnt more about the company as well as a deeper understanding of various topics. I have leant a lot more about what my team do on a day to day basis, after I completed a project which deepened my understanding.
Responsibilities
I was given tasks by my placement which then they used to inform the rest of the team.
Support & Guidance
I had an individual manager who was very good at asking how I was and making sure I kept on track. I also a grad buddy who helped me if I had any questions.
Culture
It was very good, I felt part of the team.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed it as I felt there was the right level of work but also social activities and learning about the bank.
