Overview
Working on interesting projects with different members of the team. Putting uni work into practice.
Skills
Developed existing skills from university in structural hand analysis with much harder structural set ups. Have been pushed to complete hand analysis the model the structure virtually in software such as Robot or Tekla.
Responsibilities
An expected amount - nothing relies on you but that is to be expected and allows you to really focus on understanding and getting things right, instead of if you had to rush tasks out to meet deadlines.
Support & Guidance
Support when required. However, could be difficult to get a hold of people as often in meetings.
Culture
Everyone really nice and wanted to make sure you understood.
