The Role
Job was very repetitive and dull at times, especially with the current economic climate not having enough work to do.
Felt like part of the team most of the time, but sometimes treated as intern.
Some support given, but most support given by collegues when I was stuck (rather than as formal training). Manager not great at giving support, but on the job coach tried hard.
Bored- No work to do hardly ever. Few busy days but generally quite quiet.
Responsibility to manage 4 accounts of my own with little/no help.
Some training gained- such as working in a team, presentation skills etc. Some of the training was very specific however to Intel or other electronics companies.
The Company
Young office, usually some fun. Two days with team activities every quarter and other lunches/birthdays also included.
Quite structured in the beginning, but then all the responsibility handed over to the old interns to train, which at times wasnt completed well.
Good investment (several training courses, many mandetory).
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Felt the job was too boring to go back.
The Culture
There was over 100 students- but the social scene wasnt as good as it could have been. Very repetitive weekly and managed by a few people who didnt do anything new.
Reletively expensive depanding on where you went, but usually offers going on.
I am from the area so knew about the nightlife before. I like it because it included my friends from school/college, but choice is limited.
Sports and social club, Intern nights out, events advertised.
