    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • Responsibility come with ability to take on simple tasks and then advance acquiring more difficult tasks. As a general point I would say that throughout the internship you ca take up many tasks also from other desks, thus you can be busy and learning by doing. However, it is relevant to mention that the banking industry has several regulatory impediment that do not allow you to do everything you could, but with the right attitude you can still explore a lot.

  • Apply early, since position are filled quickly. tis a very competitive process but by being your self also in absence of back ground you could get a position. Applying early is one of the key factors along with assign the first test that are automated. Interview can be stressful but managing stress nd having a positive attitude make hem easier. Typically, the placement process in person therefore is easier to interact with all the interviewers.
