    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • Yes, I was treated the same as the management trainees on the graduate program. I got to do so much including driving loads of different types of vehicles and a lot of responsibility in office too. It is a very fast pace environment and I learned loads throughout!

    Support & Guidance

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • I received so much support. I felt that no matter the issue there is always someone at enterprise who you can talk to and help you. The HR manager Leslee in particular is amazing. I wouldn’t feel awkward at all to contact her and she came to our local branch from time to time also and had meetings to make sure everything was going okay and that I had no issues. My manager and 2 assistants were also always there if I ever had any problems with customers or anything.

    Your Impressions

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • I really enjoyed my placement ! I got to do so much and learned loads. I even got to do a charity skydive during my 8 months here which was an amazing opportunity to experience and also to have the chance to raise money for a good cause?

  • I would say just to be ready for a hands on job, the hours are longer than usual places but it is a very enjoyable place to work!
