Overview
I chase customers to book in calls with us with the aim of successfully getting them onboarded, sometimes conduct welcome and training calls with customers, help them to configure their CRM with things such as quote documents, email signatures, bulk updates on Excel etc. and also help out on the online chat portal by answering customer questions. I also write help articles for our documents page.
Skills
I have developed on my communication skills through speaking to customers either on the phone or on training calls, my Excel and Word skills. My awareness of how businesses run and what their priorities are has grown a lot as you have to understand this in order to understand which features in the CRM will help them.
Responsibilities
Yes, we were able to do some training calls with customers as well as handling our own customers taking them through onboarding into success.
Support & Guidance
My manager was extremely helpful and great at supporting us whenever we needed it. Other colleagues from different departments were also great at responding with help.
Culture
Everyone gets on extremely well and everyone in the company is so approachable and friendly, work socials are always lots of fun. Culture is good when everyone is in the office, would have liked that more to get to know everyone better.
Your Impressions
It was really great meeting so many new people, learning lots of new skills and having such a friendly culture where everyone got on. I have really enjoyed the past 13 months, it has gone by so quickly!
