  • - Chasing customers to book in calls - Replying to the live chat to help customers - Running welcome calls and sometimes configuration and training calls - Attending internal meetings - Replying to customer emails - Doing bulk updates, data imports and configuration work for customers

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • Initially the role was mainly admin and chasing customers for consultants, but after a few months I had my own customers I was trusted to onboard. This meant running calls by myself and more responsibilities.

  • I have been given lots of support by my manager and the onboarding team, mainly through teams chats and video calls.

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • The culture is generally friendly and fun, with lots of good socials! When quite a few people are in the office it is a great atmosphere - so it would be nice if people came in more often.

    Your Impressions

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • I have really enjoyed my placement year, and learnt a lot! The only thing I wish I knew prior to starting was the extent I would be working from home, as I would have changed my accommodation plans.

  • 8. What advice would you give to others applying to ProspectSoft Ltd
  • I would say make sure you have all your hobbies on your application (not just academic interests), as that can help you stand out! I would also say to make sure you consider whether you would like to be working from home or in an office mostly when applying to placements, and choose accordingly.
