Overview
Lots on insight into not only life at the firm, but also on the work that is done and how that work separates mufg from the rest of the market. Some useful information given by HR and staff on application process and tips, and a lot of opportunities to network with both junior and senior staff, who were all very friendly and helpful.
Skills
It was an insight day, not a work experience so not really.
Business Insight
I already had a solid understanding of all the roles available in investment banking but it was useful knowing which areas MUFG had product expertise in.
Culture
Very friendly and welcoming. Lots of opportunities to grow and develop
