Overview
I was involved in client projects and simultaneously was continuously working on maturing the thinking around sustainability internally as well as releasing a monthly newsletter in the Capital Programme Transformation.
Skills
I have progressed my knowledge around microsoft office, the current Capital Programme industry, soft skills and Comms & Engagement. Furthermore, I learnt how to present outputs in front of groups >100.
Responsibilities
Yes! I was leading a workstream within my projects and also were given the responsibility to publish a monthly newsletter around Market Trends within the Capital Programme Transformation industry.
Support & Guidance
I‘ve had the luck to have one of the best supervisors I could have ever imagined. The support was immense and I learnt a lot.
Culture
Arcadis is a very flat organisation, meaning that help was always provided if needed. Moreover, the daily thinking around diversity, inclusivity and sustainability was astonishing. A very modern thinking and people focused company.

I think my placement was a full success due to continuous support from my line manager and due to the opportunities I‘ve had.
