Overview
General admin work: replying to brand questions Other teams: working with other teams on on going projects. Eg with digital for social media Approvals: approving projects and checking they meet the brand guidelines
Skills
I have developed my time management skills. With so may different projects going on, I have learnt how to balance everything and manage my time to ensure I get everything done and don't get stressed. My communication skills have developed as I have had to work with various different teams. My confidence has increased because of this. I've also learnt more about the industry itself so my general knowledge has developed.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was. My manager allowed me to be independent on different tasks and was always there if I had any queries.
Support & Guidance
The support was pretty good overall. My manager always answered my questions. Most of the other teams were helpful. There were however some teams that I do wish were slightly more helpful in answering questions that were more specific to their role.
Culture
I would describe it as very corporate yet relaxed. Most people are approachable and friendly.
Your Impressions
At first, I think the pressures of being new to the 9-5 lifestyle and learning about the industry made it hard for me to enjoy the experience. After I settled and started to get the hang of things, I started to enjoy it more.
