Overview
On a day-to-day basis, I write and edit copy for the website across all brands related to customer service including product titles and descriptions, and self-help content. I also translate and upload videos to YouTube across all brands. I plan and create monthly online marketing campaigns include social media campaigns and email newsletters. Offline marketing activities also include liaising with agencies to design and print physical product leaflets.
Skills
I have learnt how to adapt my communication style between brand to brand to engage with the target audience. I have learnt how to manage my time and plan my work schedule to meet internal and external deadlines.
Responsibilities

Support & Guidance
I felt like i didnt receive as much support and guidance as i expected to have during my placement.
Culture
I felt the environment was friendly and laidback. Everyone was welcoming and easy to work with however i feel like departments are too siloed which restricted growth and collaboration opportunities. .
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my time during my placement. I enjoyed learning new skills, and learning about the wider industry as a whole. I felt like I got the opportunity to challenge myself and grow, and apply some of the concepts i learnt at university. Socially, i got on well with my fellow colleagues and formed good friendships with the interns outside of work.
