Overview
My role involves recipe development projects for new appliances across all brands, assisting with cooking demonstrations during training courses and trade shows, handling all food orders , menu development, managing and updating HACCP and 'Safer Food Better Business' information for trade shows and events.
Skills
I have learnt many new skills such as public speaking, presentation skills and food development.
Responsibilities
I had the opportunity to conduct food development projects independently as well as having full responsibility for producing HACCP folders for each brand in preparation for trade shows and events.

There was a lot of support and guidance during the placement from the whole team.
