Roles varies, but in buying involves everyday admin, tracking RSP across the market, monitoring market moves, reviewing promotions, maintaining relationships with suppliers.
Skills
Develop excel skills, negotiating, people and time management, presenting and financial accounting skills
Responsibilities
More responsibility than expected, in a good way, doing real things that have a real impact to the business
Support & Guidance
Guidance has been amazing from support not just from those directly managing the scheme but throughout the business and team
Culture
Everyone was so welcoming, and genuinely happy yo have you there. However, at times meetings would have to be moved as it become apparent other things took priority, which is understandable but sometimes disheartening due to the time and effort you have also had to apply

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Tesco and in the internship, slow to being with the pace soon picks up as you become part of the team
