Overview
General Merchandising intern. Complete focus on the project I was given but also helping the team with their weekly agenda including store visits.
Skills
I've gained Merchandising experience, never worked in this area before. I'm honing my presentation skills and learning to keep slides concise and more visual.
Responsibilities
A lot like woah. It's incredibly surprising how much they trust interns. You are a part of the business like you are taking the lead on a project that would have gone to another colleague in your team, presenting to directors even.
Support & Guidance
So much support. I got an amazong line manager who checked in with me evry week and helped me with areas of my project that I was unsure of. Even anticipated my needs before me! Angel line manager truly
Culture
