Overview
Sending emails, marketing review, social media review, photoshoots, team meetings, interacting with international teams. Responsible for weekly competitor reviews, projected to do marketing review of clothing events like Back to School.

Responsibilities
i was given autonomy over a weekly competitor review, that is sent across over 100 people across the business. My working schedule, and networking with people across the business.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support form my Line manager and the apprenticeship and graduate manager.

Company culture is brilliant, very friendly, authentic, and truthful.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed the flexibility of WFH and coming into the office. I enjoyed going on a photoshoot as well as networking with different graduates, employees and interns.

Be truthful and authentic with yourself and to the business. You get what you put in, and make it clear you want to work at Tesco. Be clear if you are struggling, as it is best to be honest about struggling than just saying you are fine, even though you are not.
