Overview
Involved in research on financial planning and learnt about a range of investment products. Additionally, internship involved fundraising and project activities. Finally, there was a lot of observing client meetings to learn how to build a strong rapport.
Skills
Learnt leadership skills from fundraising. Learnt how to adapt to new changes effectively. Learnt how to efficiently perform self directed research. Learnt how to build a strong relationship with clients.
Responsibilities
I was given responsibility in relation to the presentations and fundraising. I was also tasked with doing activities that could help my line manager.
Support & Guidance
I received a huge amount of support from my line manager, other managers in the same department, and my fellow interns.
Culture
It was very welcoming, respectful yet sociable. A strong atmosphere of championing potential for both clients and colleagues.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed every aspect of my internship. I enjoyed the socials, the group projects, the work given by our line managers, and the inclusivity of everyone at the bank.

Ask questions and take any opportunity you can get. All the colleagues are very friendly and would be willing to support you and talk with you if you ask for some time with them.
