Overview
My day is different every day, ranging from creating and refining decks, using excel to ensure that numbers are correct and coming together with a team of interns to organise fundraising events.
Skills
Since the work that we do have great impact on the client and the firm's reputation, it was very important that all your work has to be done with great care. Hence, I've become more attentive to details and developed my own confidence.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was very involved in my project, especially on creating decks and charts for the client.
Support & Guidance
Everyone in the team were happy to help and guide me throughout the internship, be it on technical tasks or managing relationships.
Culture
The team is hard-working, and yet still manage to maintain a good work-life balance.
Your Impressions
I was very glad to have taken up this internship as it changed my view on the stone-cold, competitive stereotype of bankers.
